Sitting about 10 minutes driving south of the capital of North Carolina, is the historic suburb of Garner. The Maxwell
This upscale venue can house up to 400 guests. 18 foot ceilings, oak wood accents, a lush lawn, and an open patio. There are multiple rooms that allow for the bride and groom to get prepared. There are 7,500 square feet of outdoor area in this family owned venue. They opened in 2021 and have been hosting exquisite weddings ever since. The Meadows at Firefly Farm Preserve
Littered with natural wonders within this expansive 115 acre space, this scenic venue offers a wonderful option outside of downtown. The venue is suited for up to 250 guests but can be expanded with an outdoor tent for 500 guests. They offer tours by appointment. Images online show a reception indoors and the ceremony under trees outside. There are three different buildings for you to enjoy with the smallest one being more of an outpost for the wedding parties. Finally, a Saturday wedding will cost you $11,800.

Morris Peaceland Farm
One of the highlights of the area is this refurbished 13 acre farm. Renovated and reopened in 2017 with a pond and a dock, the wedding ceremony conducted almost on the water is an unbeatable view. They have a list of preferred vendors that couple well with their wood and barn motif. They offer two different packages: one for 220 guests and another for up to 50. Prices are unfortunately not available online.

The Distillery
This modern and industrial venue is recently completed and comes from an owner who has years of experience planning weddings. There is a 700 square foot cottage for getting dressed and prepared. Then they have a 7,500 square feet indoor room that can host up to 300 guests. It has wood accents and gold linings for an elegant feel. Finally, they have an 800 square foot outdoor patio for a nightcap. The prices are listed.

The Pavillion at Carriage Farm
This venue boasts a rustic and elegant feel. They are home to 10,000 square feet in a covered pavilion and have incredible views. It has an enormous 30 foot roof. The pavilion can hold up to 280 guests and is only a 20 minute drive from downtown Raleigh. They offer you a variety of tables, cocktail and dinner, along with enough chairs for all guests. For an in season Saturday wedding, the price begins at $7,500. There are add ons for extra guests or equipment that you may need. The venue comes surrounded by trees and greenery.
